What happens after the free trial?
Your backups keep running through the 30-day Trial plan. Before it ends,
pick a plan on your Billing page. If you don't, backups pause after a short grace
period — and your stored backups are kept for 30 days so you can
come back without losing anything.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or change cycle any time from your Billing page. Renewing early or
upgrading extends from your current expiry, so no paid time is ever lost.
What counts as a website?
One SSH account + one application folder = one website. A WooCommerce store, a
WordPress blog and a custom PHP app each count as one website.
What if I need more sites or storage than Agency?
Contact us — larger and custom plans are available.
Is there a refund policy?
The free Trial plan lets you put a real site through a full backup and a real restore
before you pay anything. If something goes
wrong after that,
talk to us — we're reasonable people.
